Refund and Return Policy

At BIN SHAHID, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please review our policy below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • It must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be in its original packaging, with all tags and labels still attached.
  • It must be returned within 2 days of the delivery date.
  • A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return for hygiene and safety reasons, or due to their nature:

  • Opened or used Perfumes/Attars: Once sealed packaging is broken, they cannot be returned.
  • Opened or used Prayer Mats or Caps: For hygiene reasons.
  • Used Pilgrimage Essentials: Including Ehraam garments, once worn.
  • Sale or Discounted items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded.
  • Gift Cards.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team within the eligible return period, stating your order number and reason for return.
  2. Approval: We will review your request and, if approved, provide you with instructions on how to return the item. Do not send items back without prior authorization.
  3. Packaging: Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached.
  4. Ship: Send the item(s) to the address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
4. Shipping Costs for Returns
  • Customer Responsibility: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item(s), unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product).
  • Original Shipping: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 2 business days.
  • Partial Refunds: In some cases, partial refunds may be granted for items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us. For exchanges due to preference (e.g., different size abaya), you would need to follow the return process and place a new order.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery), with photos of the damaged/defective product and its packaging. We will assess the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
