Your order confirmation email signifies that we have received your order request, but it does not constitute our acceptance of your order. A contract of sale is formed when we dispatch the products to you and send a shipping confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at our sole discretion, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product descriptions, or issues identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.
2. Product Availability: All products are subject to availability. While we strive to ensure our stock levels are accurate, occasionally an item may be out of stock after an order has been placed. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer an alternative, a refund for the unavailable item, or a full refund for the entire order.
3. Pricing and Payment:
a. All prices displayed on our website are in PKR and are subject to change without prior notice. Prices do not include shipping costs or any applicable taxes/duties, which will be calculated and added at checkout.

4. Shipping and Delivery:
a. We aim to process and dispatch orders within 1-3 business days from the date of order confirmation.
b. Delivery times are estimates and depend on your location and the shipping method chosen.
c. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight/volume of your order.
d. BIN SHAHID is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, unforeseen circumstances, or incorrect address information provided by the customer. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete.
5. Accuracy of Information: You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all details provided in your order, including product selection, shipping address, and contact information. Errors may lead to delays or non-delivery, for which BIN SHAHID cannot be held responsible.
